Q1. I applied for a project but haven't received a response
A. Admin review typically takes 1-2 days. Please check the
status in My Page.
Q2. What are the project participation requirements?
A. Anyone with an SNS account who can write reviews can
participate.
Q3. Can I apply for multiple projects simultaneously?
A. Yes, but please ensure schedules don't overlap.
Q4. When are points awarded?
A. Points are awarded immediately after submission approval.
Q5. How do I receive a refund?
A. Apply for refund in My Page, processed within 3-5 business
days.
Q6. I want to cancel a project
A. Before approval: Can cancel freely
After approval: Must contact admin
Q7. Can I change my nickname?
A. Yes, you can change it in My Page > Edit Profile.
Q8. I forgot my password
A. Since we use SNS login, just log in with your SNS account.
Q9. Can I edit/delete others' posts?
A. You can only edit/delete your own posts.
Q10. Is mobile access available?
A. Yes! Responsive design supports mobile and tablet devices.
